What is your return policy?

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every product that you purchase from Machir.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and handling fees. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchase price. You will be provided with a prepaid FedEx label to return your purchase with. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Nope! Machir takes pride in covering the shipping costs for all products needing services, repairs, or replacements, as covered under our warranty agreement.

What if my bag cannot be repaired?

If your Machir product is damaged at any time during your ownership, including damage caused by normal wear and tear, Machir will cover all repair expenses, including all shipping costs. If we come to the conclusion that the product is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it. If that replacement product is no longer available, we will provide you with a product of comparable value.

Does my item need to be cleaned before sending it in for repair?

Damages not covered by warranty are damages resulting from abuse, cosmetic damage- such as scratched leather or stained fabrics. Other than that… let’s just say: “clean-ish.”

How long will it take to process my order?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 7:00AM – 4:00PM CST, excluding holidays. Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00PM (noon) central time, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
